Senior QS – Midlands
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Rail Industry experience for one of the UK’s leading railway engineering contractors. Ideally based in the Midlands area you will be reporting to the Managing QS, your main duties will be to provide commercial leadership and control of all commercial aspects of a project to achieve maximum margins, turnover and financial management whilst ensuring sound control of all contractual matters.
Excellent negotiation skills are essential along with good management & leadership skills, presentation & communication skills and relevant industry experience and qualifications.
