About the company: With over 50 years Civil Engineering experience my client are continually growing and have become one of the UK's leading regional based contractors. They operate throughout most of England and have a wide client base of both public sector bodies and private sectors. Projects include major highways, bridges, sea and river defence with values up to £50million.
About the Role: Depending on the size of the project you will be responsible for the management of one of their projects within the Yorkshire/Humberside region. Main duties will include management of site staff operatives and Sub-Contractors, prepare and monitor programme of work and ensure all works comply with quality, environmental and safety objectives. The ability to work alongside a production driven Contracts Manager and provide accurate key information to senior management are vital aspects of the position. This is a long term position and our client believes in staff retention and provides a healthy work life balance.
