With a reputation as an undisputed Building Services leader within the Midlands market, a strategically placed Leeds office ensures further national geographical coverage of the UK market. Core work is a result of repeat business from excellent relationships built over the years , with referrals from within the industry further enhancing the reputation and client base . With a number of successful tenders already secured offering a guarantee of 5 years work minimum, Education and Health care schemes form the foundations from which the office will develop and grow.
Whilst only in it's infancy at 3 months old, the Leeds office is already completely self sufficient and through organic growth and smart tendering , further northern-based projects will fund the business and expansion plans . Support in the form of 3 other regional offices is available, sharing work and ensuring all offices have a sensible work load. The current team of 4 Engineers is schedules to rise to 12+ over the next 18 months, likely to lead to being the fastest developing M&E consultancy in the area.

Senior Engineers are now in place to lead projects, leaving Intermediate HVAC and Electrical engineers the next key appointments to balance the engineering team .The ideal candidate will h be HNC or degree qualified with a background working for either a Building Services Consultancy or Contractor with experience of software packages such as Hevacomp, Amtech or Cymap.
