Leading multi-disciplinary design consultancy require a senior level candidate to join the C&S team for a freelance contract. The ideal candidate will be a chartered engineer with vast experience in a diverse range or schemes, complete with a proven history of project delivery.
Our client is best known for their excellence in the Building Services market, however recent acquisitions and key appointments have now given this award winning practice the ability and expertise to work in other disciplines. Their aggressive approach in the market has seen the group grow very quickly, now fully armed to compete with any size organisation.
Ideally at Project Manager/Associate level, you will be required to lead, develop and manage both project and clients, supporting a small team with a business plan to increase numbers as soon as possible.
With direct assistance from the Technical Director this exciting assignment would best suit an engineer who has the ability to pick up a job and run with it, creating an instant impact without supervision. Using successfully completed projects as a selling tool, you will also invite repeat business and develop leads in order to build strong relationships.
Current projects include Retail, Commercial, Leisure and Mixed Use, offering a portfolio of work that is sustained and attractive.
