NORTHERN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - WEST YORKSHIRE
We are currently looking to recruit for a Business Development Manager to work for one of the largest names in building services contracting today in the UK. They are growing their business in the Yorkshire region and require a Business Development Manager to work with them as a key part of their expansion.
You will work together with the senior management team to “open doors“ within a targeted group of Clients. My Client has 50% of their turnover already secured and is looking to bring in the rest from these targeted main contractors. My Client does not want to merely be another building services contractor tendering for work and competing on price. They are looking to secure good quality work, thereby protecting their reputation as a leading building services provider.
The ideal Candidate will be a well-respected professional within our industry. Furthermore you will have the skills required to develop and maintain relationships with the targeted main contractors my Client would like to develop business with. Ideally you will have had some contact already with the key people in some of these organisations, however this is not an essential criteria. More important is that you are able to demonstrate that you have the right character and experience to develop into the role.
