SENIOR M & E (Building Services) – Quantity Surveyor
I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor for this large M & E Contractor. Working alongside your commercial colleagues you will manage overall cost effectiveness on large-scale (£multi million) building services projects. Duties will range from early cost budgets through to the management of large final accounts and everything in between!

The position would suit an experienced professional who is, most likely, already working for a sizable M & E Contractor. You will be required to demonstrate a proven track record of successful financial management on large-scale projects and be able to provide solid industry references (these will be required at a later stage in order to ensure confidentiality).
