We are currently working on behalf of a forward thinking shopfitting company who offer a complete design and project management service that enables clients to get better retail space quickly and cost effectively. Our client is committed to being a top shopfitting company, with management who are passionately committed leaders with skills and the will to succeed. The majority of their business is secured under long term framework agreements with their customers.
Our client has been established for over 20 years operating from their base in West Yorkshire. They offer a complete retail fit-out service whether existing or new units and their team of experienced managers and highly skilled craftsmen guarantee projects are completed on time and to client's specification.
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager in this progressive company. The key responsibility of the position will be to ensure that the fast track fit-out and refuirbishment of retail, leisure and care sectors You must adhere to the superb standards of quality and speed that our client demands. As Contracts Manager you will directly report to and liaise with the Managing Director.
You will be paid up to £43,000 per annum dependant on experience. once you have proved yourself to this dynamic company, quick progression is guatanteed. You will be joining a leader in the retail fit-out and refurbishment industry and will have the support of one of the strongest businesses within this sector.
This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with strong business acumen. Somebody who is astute and has leadership skills, good experience and a comprehensive understanding of contractual requirements and management reporting. Ideally the candidate will have at least 5 years experience working as a Contracts Manager within the fit-out/refurb sector.
