Building Services Commercial Manager - West Yorkshire
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced building services commercial professional for the role of Commercial Manager. Working for one of the premiere names with the building services (M & E) contracting industry, you will be responsible for ensuring our Client is working in a commercially astute manner. Most likely from a Quantity Surveying background, you will be from the building services (mechanical and electrical) industry. You will have an in depth knowledge of the Contracting industry and will have gained large-scale project experience whilst working for a building services contractor.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / existing Commercial Manager to join a big name within the industry. You may be at a glass ceiling where you are, or you could be looking to join a contractor that can offer progression and a busy order book.
