Facilities Assistant urgently required for this well-known charity funded organisation in South Birmingham.
This new role will involve co-ordinating the Facilities Management across the organisations portfolio which includes corporate office space, retail unites and sites which offer palliative care.
This is a busy role which includes regular travel to the sites to complete risk assessment/permits to work, access H&S & assist FM contractors.
You must have proven experience of managing in a Facilities Management environment and strong I.T skills and you will support the Head Of FM with administrative duties.
Car & Full clean driving licence essential, IOSH/NEBOSH would be advantageous. Upon acceptance of the position you will require a full clear CRB check. Main benefits are free on-site parking, pension, life/medical insurance.
