New Opportunity:

Based from their Midlands office. Our clients are a leading multi-disciplined engineering consultancy, who are seeking to expand their full range of professional consultancy services to the rail industry. They require an Assistant Technician (Track) to be part of this true multinational consultancy team working on establishing and building innovative solutions.

You will be providing appropriate signaling design capability to signaling and other railway projects. The role involves working closely in advising and applying your knowledge in assisting design teams to complete Track project, within various projects.

Requirements:
To be eligible to apply for this position you should:
·Be flexible to work within various offices within the UK
·Have an experience of working within Permanent way PWay, basic knowledge of railway design and infrastructure
·Have an experience of specialist software i.e. CAD drawings, MicroStation, InRail or equivalent
·Be able to work within agreed timescales
·Have a minimum GCSE Grade C or above especially Mathematics and/ or Physics and English or equivalent
·Ideally be an associate member of the PWay Institution and developing towards achieving Incorporated Engineer or equivalent
