My Client are currently looking for an M&E Assistant Project Manager to join their team on this prestigious and high profile project in Stratford Upon Avon. This multi million pound re-development of the Royal Shakespeare Theatre is a complex and highly technical project, and offers the opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager with an M&E background to join the company. The individual will have a proven track record of working on site, as part of a team, assisting and managing the successful delivery of projects. They will have experience of both mechanical and electrical packages, and be pro-active and enthusiastic about developing their career.
You will have experience in, and must be able to undertake the following:
• Controlling and managing key elements of the project to ensure that the project is delivered to the agreed budget, time and quality standards required
• Preparing detailed project plan, confirming any amendments and undertaking any revisions
• Monitoring and updating the Key Event Schedule to ensure the timely delivery of each critical element
• Co-ordinate and liaise with the client's team at all stages of the project to ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders
• Ensure project budgets are managed
• Ensure project phasing plans, programmes and schedules are prepared and implemented

This represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who is looking to break into a main contractor environment or an existing engineer looking to work on a high profile project.
