My client requires a M+E Site Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.
This client is a leading construction, civil engineering and property services company with expertise in delivering projects in commercial property, affordable housing, civic buildings, education, healthcare, airports, highways and rail.
Typical duties will include:
Method Statements and all other site documentation
Managing of site materials and drawings
Progress planning and tracking
Method Statements and all other site documentation
Progress meetings with clients and contractors
Site welfare and heath and safety
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Civils/Rail industry and will manage the delivery of the project to meet safety, time, cost and quality targets.
