Facilities Manager required to manage hard and soft services for a leading blue chip company.
You will be an established Facilities Manager who has experience of managing Total FM in a corporate environment. This will include refurbishment projects, space planning, moves, fire and risk assessments, health and safety.
You will manage the various service providers to include maintenance, catering and cleaning contractors through service level agreements. You will conduct the contract meetings to ensure they are compliant with the contract and you will also procure these contracts. You will be responsible for the facilities budget.
Managing through a team, you will ensure that all health and safety procedures are adhered to and you are fully compliant with legislation. You will ideally hold a health and safety qualification such as IOSH and NEBOSH.
This role is a fixed term contract, which may turn into a permanent role. This role is paying in the region of £35k pro rata and is an urgent vacancy.
