Building & Engineering Services Manager
Swindon
£45 – 60K + Car + Bens

This is to work on an existing and successful healthcare contract with a leading service provider organisation under a PFI initiative.

As Building & Engineering Services Manager you will be a member of the senior management team and responsible for managing a team of 30. This will include the responsibility for the provision of maintaining and developing a professional estate management service providing maintenance and capital planning and project management services

Candidates will need to be of Chartered Engineer status with strong technical skills as well as the ability to business plan.
First-class people management expertise is vital for this post as well as healthcare experience but you may also work in the public sector or pharmaceutical profession.
