Training and Development Engineer - Manufacturing.
Support the planning, development and implementation of processes and systems for managing skills and training across Manufacturing Engineering. Co-ordination of business inputs to develop and maintain trans-national skills catalogues. Support the business in planning, acquiring and developing resources to meet critical skill demands.
CRITICAL EXPERIENCE / SKILLS (MUST HAVE)
• Good appreciation of Manufacturing Engineering deliverables including processes & procedures.
• Experience in reviewing current skill base and developing training packages aligned to business needs
• Must be enthusiastic and motivated to take ownership and deliver tasks to a high standard. Pro-active and be able to work under own initiative.
• Good communication, innovation and problem solving skills
