My client is looking to recruit a Construction Manager for their Swindon office.
The Construction team has extensive experience in the supervision and project management of a variety of railway projects including: bridge replacement and repairs, demolition work, building refurbishment, depots and sidings, embankment stabilisation and scour protection, asset protection duties, platform and station improvements and steel fabrication inspections.
The Construction Manager is responsible for the management and development of the Construction Management team and will also be involved in the management of the Civil Engineering and Construction Management group.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of leading and developing a technical team, experience of working on major construction schemes (preferably in the rail industry) and ideally be a chartered engineer, with excellent site knowledge, commercial awareness and project management skills.
