Our clients are a large Consultancy organisation, who are looking to recruit a Principal Engineer to join our Civil & Structural Engineering Team in Swindon. The postholder will act in the role of Civils Design Manager, Project Manager/Co-ordinator. You will be responsible for supervising a number of staff engaged on major rail infrastructure projects such as Rugby Station Remodelling, East London Line, Cross London Rail Link and Airdrie to Bathgate Line Reopening.
The successful candidate will have experience in the design of railway infrastructure schemes such as bridges, stations or general civils works.
Successful candidates will be Chartered and able to demonstrate significant experience of design and consultancy.
Experience of mentoring, coaching, staff development is also essential.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills and client facing experience.
