A superb opportunity has a risen with a new and exciting National Housing Prime Contract in Aldershot, Hampshire.
As a Technical Officer you will ideally have a minimum of 5 years front line management experience in construction, property maintenance or related field
Experienced in managing a diverse range of job requests with competing deadlines and demands on resources
Familiar with undertaking condition surveys of properties with witnessing commissioning exp.
You will also have good working Knowledge in either Corgi or IEE 16th edition standards with at least an ONC or equiv in a Electrical/Mechanical Engineering related discipline or experiential experience
Good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations
Knowledge and experience of working within strict ISO 9000 policies and procedures
Good understanding of the key trades and accepted standards of workmanship
Understanding of the need for carrying out commissioning of newly installed assets
Ability to use ICT equipment for basic applications with a full driving licence.
