Eden Brown are currently looking for a Service Manager/Technical Officer from a Building and Civil Engineering background to work on a MoD maintenance contract in Bordon, Hampshire.
Key Result Areas:
1. Programme Management. Manage the day-to-day B&CE maintenance, reactive and lifecycle works across the cluster of assets to ensure legal and contractual compliance.
2. Employee Management: Liaise with, audit and manage the Delivery Team.
Ensure staff are trained to carry out works safely, efficiently and to standard.
3. Networking: Liaise with Senior Facility Manager to ensure service delivery. Customer liaisons.
We are looking for a candidate who will exhibit the following essential technical competencies for the role:
·Relevant Qualification (C&G/ONC/HNC) in either surveying, construction or civils, ideally with 5 years' recent experience in an engineering environment
·Recent experience of budget control
·Minimum of 2 years' direct supervision and line management experience of tradesmen (specialist or sub-contractor)
