The immediate requirement is for a Building Surveyor with a proven background in the construction industry to join their government services team. Ideally you will have knowledge of contracts and current legislation to include asbestos and DDA and will be able to work with a large team exclusively in the public sector property market. Our client is involved in projects ranging from the design of new school-buildings and town hall refurbishments to major commercial fit-outs, complex office migrations and all manner of property refurbishments. If you can demonstrate both core building surveying ability, can produce specifications and possess design and project management skills our client would be keen to speak with you.
