Experienced QS required to work on Military PFI at Colchester Garrison, Essex so as to support Area Commercial Manager on contractual, commercial and risk elements.
Duties will include:
- Assist Area Commercial Manager in monitoring and developing cost models for managing all works, staff and overheads
- Assist in risk analysis of contract conditions, costs, sub-contracts and commercial implications of any changes agreed with DE
- Provide advice and guidance to Area Commercial Manager in the preparation and presentation of works proposals, reviews and updates
- Assist in development and implementation of commercial risk management procedures
- Assist Area Commercial Manager in preparing dispute avoidance strategy and any dispute resolution
- Maintain and develop systems for the timely reporting of KPIs and financial indicators to highlight possible abatements
- To provide administrative support to Area Commercial Manager
- To comply with all Health and Safety and Sustainability policies and procedures pertaining to your job role.
- Any other duties commensurate with the position
Qualifications:
- HND/Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experiential experience
