This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Repairs Manager to take the next step in their career by expanding there management responsibilities.
The responsive Repairs manager will report directly to the Director of Property Services and be responsible for the Maintenance Manager, Voids and Allocations Manager, Customer Relations Manager, Technical Officer, Voids and Allocations Officers, Maintenance Surveyors and Administrative Assistants.
The Responsive Repairs manager's will be required to:
1. Manage the responsive repairs and allocations service.
2. Lead, manage and develop staff in the responsive repairs and allocations teams to enable them to deliver a continuously improving responsive repairs and allocations service which is working towards achieving and maintaining a three star service.
3. To manage the allocations service that ensures properties are allocated in accordance with the London Borough of Sutton's policies and practises.
4. To procure and monitor partnering contracts and work in partnership with the appointed contractors including the responsive maintenance contractor.
5. To develop, deliver and maintain a three star service.
