A locally based Cost Consultancy that provides commercial services to a mix of main contractors, developers and client side organisations across the South East is looking to expand the company by taking on two key individuals to increase growth.
While they are established on the Building side of the industry they have not had the chance to tack into the civil engineering arena where there growth is expected to rise at a considerable rate. An ideal candidate for this role would be a Quantity Surveyor coming from an infrastructure background from a consultant or contracting environment. Part of the role will focus on business development so the post holder must be confident that they have the ability to assist the partner in finding suitable clients. In return they offer a profit sharing incentive scheme that offers 5 to 10% share of the work bought into the company. Overtime the percentage will increase over time depending on the overall success. |
