A locally based Cost Consultancy that provides commercial services to a mix of main contractors, developers and client side organisations across the South East is looking to expand the company by taking on two key individuals to increase growth.
The company’s core business is new build and refurbishment work with main contractors and several prominent developers. Due to the current size of the company the two founding Partners feel its time to bring in an individual capable of assisting in further developing this side of their business. The role will involve managing key on site teams on wide variety of projects in the South East and London. Part of the role will focus on business development so the post holder must be confident that they have the ability to assist the partner in finding suitable clients. In return they offer a profit sharing incentive scheme that offers 5 to 10% share of the work bought into the company. Overtime the percentage will increase over time depending on the overall success. |
