An experienced Signalling Project Engineer for an extensive renewals project located in Hertfordshire. SMTH qualification/certificate essential!

Key accountabilities

• Manage internal interfaces, e.g. testing, design, installation
• Ensure timely production of all Signalling deliverables inc. Resource Estimates, Materials
• Procurement, Condition Assessments, Method Statements, Snagging Lists, and AMP, in line with Contract KPI Guidelines
• Production of all Signalling elements of Track renewals Plans Inc. Resource Estimates,
• Materials Procurement, Condition Assessments, Method Statements, Snagging Lists, and AMP
• Assist in the development of highly capable signalling team using training, personnel development, discipline, objective setting and appraisal processes.
• Motivate, develop and communicate with staff to build short & long term commitment.
• Engage staff interest in health & safety to minimise accidents & incidents through monitoring on site and periodic safety briefings
• Line Management Responsibilities of Signalling Installation and Testing teams as allocated
• Understanding of installation design and testing requirements and processes.


You'll have and IRSE Licensed or sufficient underpinning knowledge to gain an appropriate IRSE Licence (Within 12 – 18 months of appointment)
