About the Role:
Our client is seeking to recruit a Regional Manager for a new regional office to be opened in the Hertfordshire area. You will be responsible for managing and developing the new region and will be involved with operations management and winning new work. You will have full autonomy for this new region with the chance to move into a director role depending on success.

About the benefits/ rewards:
The successful candidate will receive a health salary of between £55,000 and £70,000 depending on experience. You will also receive an extensive benefits package to include, company personal pension and life assurance scheme, sponsored training and development, 24 days annual leave, sick pay, share scheme, private health insurance and company car.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a senior management role for a civil engineering contractor. Candidates from a Contracts Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager or Commercial Manager background are welcome to apply. It is essential that you have experience in a range of civils sectors, along with experience working on winning new work and have established regional contacts.
