In this role working with an NHS trust you will be managing and supporting the implementation of a wide and varied portfolio of property related projects, taking schemes through from inception to implementation and evaluation.
You will deal with service delivery, liaising with service clients for the production of option appraisals and feasibility studies. In addition you will co-ordinate the development of capital business cases to meet corporate and service development plans and the detailed planning of refurbishment and new developments.
This is a part time role 2-3 days per week. To be considered for the role you will need to show a track record of managing medium to large scale projects and hold a degree or equivalent qualification. |
