Facilities Manager urgently required for this well-known corporate client in Essex.
You will have direct responsibility for the effective delivery of the total Facilities Management including:
Catering, cleaning, security, maintenance, projects, budgets, H&S, PPM's, administration.
Proven experience of managing in a similar environment essential as you will be responsible for a small on-site Facilities team plus contractors.
IOSH/NEBOSH desirable.
