We are looking for a Building Services / Sustainability Engineer to work in a team of 30 consultants and get involved in a multitude of Healthcare, Education and some Heritage projects ranging from £1 to £100 million in value.
The Sustainability group has over 10 years expertise and offers a truly holistic and integrated approach to Sustainable Building Services Design. Role will involve leading teams and managing resources and also running projects from inception to close out and generating new business. Role will provide a mixture of both new builds and some challenging refurbishment projects and will allow the individual to develop further specialist skills and increase the industry knowledge.
Client is one of the most respected and well known Building Services and Environmental consultancies in the UK and has an impeccable reputation dating back over 60 years and a network of over 13 offices.
The ideal candidate will have completed a Degree in Building Services, have obtained (or be close to obtaining) CEng, have a proven track record and experience within the built environment and have managed projects in excess of £50 Million. Ideally you will be proficient with modelling and simulation packages such as IES, have experience with BREEAM and Part L compliance and an understanding of Facades and Daylight modelling.
