Subcontract Officer - Bedfordshire

Key responsibility areas:

You will be responsible for:
• Developing and delivering cost effective supply chain solutions.
• Delivering process compliance (and development/improvement where required).
• Ensuring appropriate interfacing with the supplier base to deliver effective overall performance.
• Leadership of all aspects associated with Suppliers ability to perform.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience of working with Suppliers
• Experience of Contract Terms and Conditions
• Excellent organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and experience
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Effective Communication skills
