To manage the production of semi-conductor arrays in two Wafer Fabrication Clean Rooms


* key responsibility areas:

Deliver to internal and external customers on time
Ensure the Production Area has the correct level of staff with the appropriate flexibility in skills
Improve production processes to reduce costs
Implement Lean manufacturing principles to drive out waste and improve cycle times
Develop team leaders and all staff - approx 25 people
Work closely with engineering to ensure seamless introduction of new products
Degree qualified in a relevant Engineering discipline/and or qualified by experience
