Electrical Audit Inspectors are urgently required for this specialist Mechanical, Electrical and Sustainability Engineering Consultancy based in Romsey.

Electrical Audit Inspector

1. The Role

·Provide effective and efficient technical input to the Company's projects
·Contribute to the attainment of the Company's financial objectives and
in particular its profit objectives.

2 Tasks
·Inspect installations
·Audit installations and contractor performance
·Assist the Project Engineer in the performance of his/her tasks
·Your secondary tasks will be to:
·Carry out technical development projects defined from time to time as part of the
·Company's business plan
·Assist with marketing the company
·General office administration and duties

3. Skills, knowledge and attributes
·You will need the following skills, knowledge and attributes:
·Good electrical/mechanical/mechanical & electrical engineering competence
·Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical/mechanical & electrical engineering
·Basic understanding of Contract Administration
·Good understanding of engineering regulations, law and practices
·Good communication skills- listening, oral and written
·Good reporting skills
·Good negotiation skills
·Good IT skills
·Awareness of business process
·Basic awareness and understanding of environmental and sustainability issues

4. Measurement

·Planned project profit versus actual project profit
·Planned programme dates versus actual programme dates
·Technical audits
·Health and Safety audits
·Customer Satisfaction
·Employee Satisfaction
·Continued professional development

Situated just a 10 minute walk from the station, you will enjoy working in a stable and dedicated team of Building Services Engineers, many of whom have come from leading practices such as Arup and Gifford & Partners.

Working in a team of 16 people, you will get immediately involved in projects within the Healthcare and Education sectors and will able to add your signature to a variety of both new build and complex extensions projects.
