My client is a Top 3 Services Contractor in the UK and turned over in excess of £170million last year. Sustained growth has resulted in the need for a Contracts Manager to be based out of the Surrey office. You will be responsible for a number of small to medium projects ranging from commercial, education, health care to leisure. Due to the senior nature of this role you will have a proven track record of managing and delivering a number of smaller or a single large project up to £20million, services value.
Reports to: Area/Operations Manager
Primary Objectives
·Operate a number of projects in accordance with performance targets
·Provide leadership and line management for Project Managers
·Report performance in a regular and accurate way
·Ensure the correct operation of the company systems and reporting procedure
·Develop subordinates in accordance with company policy
