This consultancy provides design services across the entire life cycle of construction projects for the built environment, ranging from major infrastructure developments in transportation and the environment, to complex buildings and facilities for commercial, industrial and public sector clients. Expect to become a key part of a well established and resourced Building Services team consisting of 8 individuals use your design to assist with project management. The successful Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer will be Degree Qualified in Building Services Engineering, be a Chartered Engineer (or near chartered) and hold IET, CIBSE membership. An up to date understanding of regulations, legislation, codes of practice and current design standards applicable to mechanical building services installations and proficiency with IES and Specification Expert would be advantageous.
