They are a large group who have companies which deal with Joinery, Plant, Manufacturing and Warehousing. Their expertise in construction lies with High Rise residential RC Frame works for major contractors and house builders.
They work on multimillion pound projects and currently have a healthy order book giving them security for the long term.
They currently have a requirement for a Surveying Director for contracts in North London. You will be an experienced Surveying Director who is commercially astute and client facing. You must have highrise RC frame experience, be capable of running sites over £10m +, you will have a stable career history showing stability within your work and have worked for known major main contractors and developers.
You remit is to lead and develop the teams – take control of the company's major contracts and accounts reporting into the board.
Salary c£80k + package – excellent long term opportunity.
