Temporary Building/Condition Surveyors (M&E and B&CE) required to provide dedicated support in delivering commitment to military establishments in Hampshire/Surrey.
You will need to possess demonstrable experience of carrying out site surveys/stock condition surveys and understand planned maintenance needs. Main duties will consist of visiting properties, carrying out pre and post inspections and escalating any defects as necessary.
Candidates should possess a HNC Building qualification as a minimum, coupled with good IT and communication skills. Ideally, you will have held a similar role with at least 2 years experience.
