About the Role: The Group are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a variety of Civil Engineering Projects ranging in value between £250k - £25m. Forthcoming projects include £8m Site Infrastructure Works on a high profile Opera House; £10m Olympic Park Bridge and an £8m Royal Court Development. Candidates will be well versed with all quantity surveying tasks such as bills of quantities; items and claims; final accounts; valuation of sub-contract work; cost and value financial reporting and forecasting; risk management and provide site management with commercial support.
About the Requirement: The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be degree qualified or have a relevant Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying qualification; will have significant experience working as a Senior QS on a major heavy civil project (specifically roads/highways/bridges); strong commercial awareness and excellent communication and client facing skills.
