Mobilisation Manager required for temporary position within the RSME PPP project team based between Chatham and Minley (Kent) supporting the mobilisation of the delivery team.
Job Purpose:
- Support contract manager in development of self-delivered Hard FM operational solution to RSME PPP – multi site project with sites at Chatham, Minley and Bicester
- Review and interpretation of baseline data collected in order to move towards full service delivery
- Management of site interfaces
- Management of communications
- Management of joint venture company interfaces
- Management of MIS infrastructure solution
- Liaison with internal company work streams regards implementation of SHEF, QA, Procurement, Commercial, Fraud prevention and Security procedures
- Plan mobilisation activities
- Continue to work with operational team during Year 1 (3 month) commencement period to ensure smooth transitional support
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver key mobilisation activities
- Review of specification and contract requirements in relation to the PRM and reporting system
- Close liaison with multiple stakeholders both in formal meetings and working informally
- Work with Procurement Team to establish fully integrated supply chain to provide the hard FM services solution
- Working with HR, trades unions and incumbent contractors ensure a smooth TUPE transfer process
- Work with IT team to understand IFS management information system, requirements for system and integration with partner companies IT requirements and need for collection of PRM data
- Work with other internal company workstreams to ensure implementation of all required processes and procedures
- Implement plans for setting up of company systems
- Work with other members of the mobilisation team in order to ensure an integrated hard FM service solution.
This is a fixed term position until March 2009.
