What is the Role?
As a Signalling Design Manager, you would be responsible to manage the project including leading signalling design activities and ensuring project competence requirements are met.
Key responsibilities include
· Management of allocated design staff, ensuring high quality robust two way communications with staff are maintained
· Arranging appropriate mentoring and support development of staff skills,
· Responsible as a Design Engineer for allocated projects, interfacing with clients and third parties as appropriate
Who are the likely candidates? What Skills do I need?
· IRSE Design Manager License holders (1.1.40)
· Excellent knowledge of signalling principles and signalling design processes
· Ability to manage a team of design engineers
