The purpose of the role will be the identification and acquisition of Radio Base Station sites on behalf of Mobile Phone Operators, and Team Leadership of Graduates/Surveyors on individual Projects as required.
Your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Receiving instructions to search a given area and identify sites suitable for development as a radio base station.
• Reporting to the Client with several options in the given area.
• Receiving instructions to progress the acquisition of the Clients’ preferred option
• Negotiating and agree Heads of Terms with the Site Provider and/or their Agent
• Progressing the agreement with the Site Provider’s & the Client’s solicitors up to completion of a formal Agreement
• Supporting & liaising with the Town Planning team in securing planning consent for the development
• Liaising with the Design team in the production of a scheme for development acceptable to the Site Provider, Client & Local Planning Authority
• Conduct all activities in timely fashion, meeting the Clients’ contractual Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
• Populating, updating and maintaining the employer’s project tracking database
• Maintaining an overview of colleagues’ work in order to ensure maintenance of Quality, Project Performance and Client KPI’s and to ensure knowledge and information is available to the employer’s and Client’s Project Manager in the absence of those colleagues.
Other responsibilities will include supervision of the junior members of the Acquisition Team and financially ensuring that all activities are completed cost effectively and within budget.
You will have experience in a role similar with commendable communication and negotiation skills. A UK driving licence is essential. A degree in a Real estate related subject and the ability to work as a team or alone is desired.
