About the company: My client provides a range of civil engineering construction services throughout the UK. With an annual turnover of £260 million they carry out projects to the value of £80million. These can range from individual projects through to long term framework agreements. Current sectors they are working in are Highways, Roads, Bridges, Airports, Utilities and Coastal Defence.
About the role: This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to work with a main contractor and develop their career working on high profile infrastructure and general civils projects in the North West region. Reporting to the Contracts Manager they require people who can control and manage the on site construction activities achieving financial objectives and targets established at site level.

About the requirements: Candidates must have compatible NEC and ICE contract experience of Highways Agency and general civils projects. Ideally you will have a civil engineering background but this is not always essential. More important is a solid and proven track record within the industry. A level of loyalty to previous employers will also be looked upon favourably.
