Facilities Manager with Hard Services Experience to manage multi-site PFI Education contract in Merseyside.
You will be customer focused and have experience in managing and mobilising hard services. You will ideally have had experience mobilising contracts from the construction hand over stage. You will report into the Project Director and ensure that the contract is snagged ready for hand over to ensure a fluent FM service once the contract is live.
You will manage lifecycle, PPM's, reactive maintenance. You will also be responsible for auditing contractors and ensuring that contract compliance is adhered to to ensure no financial penalties.
This role requires previous facilities or building services experience and ideally project management experience and you will have commercial experience to include budget management, tendering and cost management.
Health and Safety is an important part of the contract and you will ideally hold NEBOSH or IOSH.
This role is paying in the region of £35k plus generous benefits package.
