This is an opportunity to join our client and develop your career in Project Management whilst working within the Military Air Solutions business. Successful candidates will be engaged in the management of the development, manufacture & support of leading military aircraft, and will be expected to be flexible, self-motivated and able to work within the constraints determined by the project.
You will have considerable Project Management experience in a complex engineering environment. In these senior roles within the Project Management discipline you are likely to have significant project management or project control experience with demonstrable success. Senior members of the project management team are expected to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivery & control of their projects.
Candidates require exceptional communication & interpersonal skills along with a clear focus on internal & external customers. The ability to analyse complex information will be critical, together with the ability to develop solutions and make clear & concise recommendations.
As a senior member of the Project Management team you will be expected to show effective leadership and may be asked to lead a team of project management professionals.
Candidates should be degree level qualified (or equivalent) and a formal project management qualification (e.g. APMP / PMI) would be an advantage. Knowledge & understanding of Project Management tools & techniques will be required.
