Building Services Design Manager – Manchester
We have been engaged to recruit for an experienced building services design professional to join one of the leading building services contractors in the UK. The role we are currently looking to fill is Design Manager. Our Client undertakes a huge amount of design and build projects, some of which is designed in house but most of which is subcontracted to design consultancies. Working in conjunction with the senior management team you will oversee the various design subcontractors to ensure designs are produced to demanding quality and time deadlines.
The role would suit an experienced professional with a proven track record within building services design. You will understandably biased towards mechanical or electrical services, however a working knowledge of your opposite discipline is essential. Your experience may have been gained within a Consultancy or Contractor, however what is essential is the desire to succeed and prosper within one of the leading players within the building services contracting market.
