Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civils Main Contractor) Warrington – Excellent Package

Currently working successfully in a number of sectors- rail, utilities, infrastructure, heavy Civil Engineering, marine works, our client is seeking a candidate who has the ability to succeed and grow in this flourishing organisation. As well as projects in the United Kingdom our client is currently working on projects in Europe, The Americas and the Middle East.
About the Role: Due to several projects awarded in the North West region my client are looking to expand their commercial team where you would be working on Civil's projects to the value of £20million. You will report directly to the Commercial Director and have sole responsibility for your projects which will include Roads, Highways and Bridges.
About the benefits / rewards: Depending on experience you can earn up to £50,000 basic salary along with an attractive benefits package which includes company car/allowance, healthcare, 5% individual 7% company pension, 26 days holiday and other added extras. You will also be working for one of the UK's major contractors, second to none company training, a wide variety of civil's projects and a healthy work life balance.
About the requirements: You must have extensive experience in working on civil engineering projects, specifically Roads/Highways and be degree qualified. You will have strong Commercial skills, be a team player and have the ability to work on your own initiative. This position is long term with the chance of progression to Commercial Manager so the desire to succeed is a necessity.
