We are looking for a Divisional Manager - Asset Stewardship to work for a large railways consultancy based in Manchester.
About the Role
Our Client provides a range of asset stewardship, structural and building surveying services, primarily to Network Rail and Train Operating Companies. You’ll be heading up and leading a talented team of Project Managers, Building Surveyors and Draughtsmen involved in a broad variety of property projects. Responsible for recruitment, training, staff briefings, financial reporting and business development, you’ll be looking to deliver on projects with a combined fee value of around £1.5m annually.
About You
A Chartered Surveyor with a rail background and proven management experience in a consultancy, you’ll have broad expertise in building structures and an understanding of the GRIP process. In this leadership role you really will need well-honed communication skills, networking ability and a talent for persuading and influencing. |
