What is the Role?
We currently have a vacancy for a Divisional Director in Sale (Manchester). This is a key business leadership role and presents an opportunity to drive business and team growth in our local rail and highway teams as part of a major expansion programme. As Divisional Director, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of our Rail and Highway businesses in the North West.
· You will be expected to establish a structure and environment that ensures retention of staff and provides an attractive place for people to work
· Ensure the office portfolio exceeds margin targets and is maintained within WIP and AR targets
· Strategically expand the team by 30 people over the next two years, then by 15% per annum
· Map out and develop local client base.
What Skills do I need?
· Chartered Engineer Professionally qualified project manager
· A good level of technical credibility and experience in Rail and Highways
· Demonstrable ability to identify sound value propositions and successfully communicate the same to clients.
· Profitable business development with local and national clients
· Client satisfaction through delivery of the Sale project portfolio
· Growth of the team to serve a growing local and national client base
· Employee challenge and satisfaction
· To promote and enforce safety culture.
