A global leader in construction are looking to strengthen their presence in the Middle East where there is a record rise in growth; to achieve this they are looking to recruit additional MRICS Quantity Surveyors. Ideally you’ll have previously worked in a consultancy environment and have worked on either a commercial, retail or a hotel development. You’ll have an excellent client facing ability and strong cost planning, value management & cost management skills. The role will revolve around servicing several key clients including the local government who are continuing to develop the overall infrastructure to attract additional investment. You will be comfortable in working in more than one sector and are open to training in new areas.
