Our client is currently recruiting for one of the UK's biggest ever development projects. This is your chance to get involved on a multi-billion pound project which will leave a lasting legacy not only in London but throughout the whole of Great Britain.
We require delivery focused Planners to lead the planning function within project team and provide construction planning input on this £multi-million project.
As the Senior Planner you will be required to:
·Carry out the planning of design and construction activities for the full scope of works
·Produce detailed schedules that are dependent upon existing schedules
·Assess key milestone & critical path issue impact
·Develop project plans and resource and cost load project plans
Ideally, you will have extensive construction related experience such as building construction or refurbishment, some project management experience or civil engineering background.
You will need good communication skills, a can-do proactive outlook and are effective at building up good working relationships
It is of advantage if you have experience of planning software but not essential.
Your planning experience will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package of base salary £45-70,000+excellent benefits and bonus package such as 25% bonus.
