About the role: This is a senior management role where you will be reporting at board level. You will have full responsibility of the Commercial department at their head office in Dubai. You will form part of the Senior Management team in conjunction with the Managing Director, Operations Director, Financial Director & Construction Director. My client has a major presence within the U.A.E and their typical portfolio of projects range between £100m - £300million. Current projects include major high rise buildings, highways and Airports with estimated completion dates in 2012.

About the requirements: Heading up the management team on a portfolio of projects, you will successfully manage projects from inception to completion ideally to a cumulative value of circa £100m to £300m. An ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior commercial role within one of the top 20 UK main contractors. Tertiary qualifications in quantity surveying or building construction are essential.
